This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Publication: €80.00 (EUR)
If your article is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publication costs. This fee is not refundable.

There is no submission fee.

PUBLIC OFFER (AGREEMENT) for the provision of publishing services

Individual Entrepreneur Romina Valeriya (number of the taxpayer identification card from the State Register of Individuals – Taxpayers: 3030124125), hereinafter referred to as the “Publishing House,” offers any individual, legal entity or individual entrepreneur, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer,” paid services in accordance with this proposal.

This offer, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, is a public offer. Its complete and unconditional acceptance is considered to be the Customer sending the article via email info@journal-ems.com and making payment for the Publisher’s services. From the moment of acceptance, the Customer is considered to have read and agreed with this Offer, and in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, from the moment of acceptance enters into a contractual relationship with the Contractor on the terms specified in the Offer.

Terminology used.

1.1. The terms used in this text have the following meaning:

The author is an individual whose creative work created the article.

The Customer is the Author of the Article, or a third party who, in agreement with the Author, provides his Editorial Article for publication in the Journal.

Publication (Journal) is a periodical electronic journal in respect of which the Publishing House is the Founder.

Offer – this is a public offer for the placement of printed materials.

Publication – placement of printed materials in Publications.

Article (Paper) – text material submitted for publication in the Publication.

Service – online placement (publication) of Articles in the Publication based on the Application.

Subject of the offer.

2.1. The Customer sends the Author's Article for publication in the Publication in accordance with the requirements specified on the Publisher's website.

2.2. The Publisher provides the Customer with services related to the publication of the Author’s Article: accepts the Article, makes a decision on the basis of review to accept the Article for publication, posts the Article on the Journal’s website (www.journal-ems.com).

Rights and obligations.

3.1. The Customer has the right to submit a claim to the Editorial Board regarding the quality of the Services provided within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of online publication of the Journal issue.

3.2 The editors are not responsible for possible inconsistencies resulting from problems with cross-browser compatibility (inconsistencies when viewing the manuscript in different applications).

3.3. The Editorial Board of the Journal is obliged to:

3.3.1. After receiving the Publishing Fee, place the Author's Article in the online version of the journal.

3.4. The Editorial Board has the right to:

3.4.1. Carry out technical editing of the Article without changing its fundamental provisions.

3.4.2. Review the Article and propose to the Customer or Author to make the necessary changes, until which the Article will not be published in the Publication.

3.4.3. Refuse to place the Article if: it does not correspond to the rubricator of the publication’s topics, or does not contain novelty, or there is no theoretical or practical significance, or the presented material is insufficient for independent publication, or the design of the Article does not meet the design requirements, or the Article cannot be published earlier, as well as in case of violation by the Customer of obligations under this Offer.

Payment.

4.1 Payment for publication is made by the author in 100% amount by any of the methods provided by the publisher.

4.2 Publication is carried out after confirmation of receipt of payment.

Other conditions.

5.1. Acceptance of this public Offer by the Customer is carried out by sending the Article to the Publishing House.

5.2. Confirmation of acceptance of this Offer and its terms is the fact of sending the article by the Customer via e-mail and mandatory agreement with the Offer.

5.3. The terms of this Offer may be changed by the Publisher unilaterally. The new terms of the offer cannot be applied to the relationship between the Editorial Board of the Journal and the Customer if the acceptance and confirmation of acceptance of this Offer by the Customer occurred before the Publisher changed the terms of this Offer.

5.4. The Customer guarantees the Editorial Board of the Journal that the publication of the Article in the Publication does not violate and will not violate anyone’s copyright or property rights transferred by the Author under the author’s agreement in relation to the published Article, that the Article contains all links to cited authors and publications provided for by the regulatory legal acts of Ukraine, as well as links to the results and facts used in the Article obtained by other authors and (or) organizations.

5.5. The Publisher and Editorial Board of the Journal are not responsible for the content of published Articles.

5.6. The Customer is warned by the Publisher and the Editorial Board of the Journal that the latter do not provide any protection of the Author’s rights in relation to the posted Article in the field of intellectual activity. Protection of the Author's intellectual rights in relation to the posted Article is carried out by the Author independently.

5.7. If the Customer causes any losses to the Publisher within the framework of relations based on this Offer, the Publisher has the right, if the Customer is at fault, to demand compensation from him for the corresponding losses.

5.8. The relationship between the Author of the Article and the Customer, who is not its direct Author, related to the order of Services in relation to such Article, is subject to regulation between them independently, without the participation of the Editorial Board of the Journal.

5.9. Liability measures for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the terms of this Offer are applied in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

5.10. All disputes arising in the process of fulfilling the terms of this Offer must be preliminary considered by the Publisher and the Customer in order to develop a mutually acceptable solution. The existence of a dispute between the Editorial Board of the Journal and the Customer is evidenced by sending a written complaint. The period for consideration of the claim and response to it is set equal to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of its receipt by the addressee. If, as a result of compliance with the claim procedure, mutual understanding is not found on the disputes that have arisen, then disputes and disagreements are subject to resolution in court at the location of the Editorial Board in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

5.11. The place of conclusion of the Offer Agreement is the location of the Publishing House.

5.12. When submitting a manuscript, the author agrees with the journal's policies, the procedure for reviewing articles and publication ethics.

5.13. In everything that is not provided for in this Offer, the parties will be guided by the current legislation of Ukraine.
